Why do people hesitate
before they trust
a business?

I'm a front-end developer who studies why visitors hesitate — and builds landing pages around what I find.

FIELD NOTE 001

Not a design problem. A trust problem.

"I don't approach trust as a psychological abstraction — I approach it as structural engineering. Every hesitation has a cause. Every abandoned checkout leaves evidence. Every conversion is built on invisible decisions that reduce uncertainty before the visitor even notices them.

How I Work

Trust isn't built around prettier interfaces.

01. Observe

Before changing anything, I study how people behave — recordings, click patterns, scroll depth, and where trust begins to weaken.

02. Explain

Finding a problem isn't enough. I connect behavioral evidence with psychology to explain why people hesitate before they leave.

03. Reduce

Only then do I redesign. Every recommendation removes unnecessary doubt so visitors can move forward with confidence.

"Trust isn't added. It's uncovered by removing uncertainty."

Quick Tip From my notebook

Users rarely abandon because they don't understand — they abandon because they stop believing.

Credibility plays as important a role as ability to deliver, when it comes to conversion.
