Imperial Embroidery Palace landing page hero: dark navy background with a gold embroidered crest and the headline 'Turn your Ideas and Logo into Embroidery and Prints at a budget cost'

The brief

Imperial Embroidery Palace is an embroidery and branding shop in Kubwa, Abuja. It stitches school crests, work wear and event wear, and puts logos on shirts, caps and water bottles. The owner's best customers are schools, followed by companies and hotels.

The business started in 2026, so it can't lean on years of reviews. A school deciding who will stitch its crest onto hundreds of uniforms needs a reason to trust a shop it has never heard of. The owner's existing page came from an AI page builder, and he wanted something that looked like his shop, not a template.

What I did

The owner told me what shaped the page: schools bring in the most money, customers reach him on WhatsApp, and he replies the same day. So the page does one thing well: it gets a visitor to send their logo and ask for a quote.

  • One main button. “Get My Free Quote on WhatsApp” opens a chat from the top, the middle and the end of the page. A short form is the backup for people who'd rather write.
  • A social bar instead of three benefits. Right under the headline, a row names schools and businesses that have already trusted the shop, because for a new business other people's trust does more than adjectives. The owner confirmed which clients I could name.
  • Worries first. The “Why choose us” cards answer what a first-time buyer fears: missed deadlines, the wrong crest or colours, no clear price or update, and nobody to talk to.
  • No prices, but a clear path. Every order is quoted, so the page sells the quote: free, no obligation, a same-day reply, then a five-step “how to order” ending in pick-up or delivery.
  • Proof you can check. A gallery of the shop's work, plus the street address, opening hours and a map, so a visitor can see it's a real place in Kubwa.

The look takes dark navy and gold from the logo, with serif headings and wave dividers meant to feel like cloth.

Conversion results: not enough data yet. Traffic is still low, and at that volume split testing isn't realistic, so any changes will rest on watching how real visitors use the page. I'll update this case study once there are numbers worth showing.
