St. Rina Creamery & Confectioneries
“Your delicious cravings delivered in 10 minutes flat.”
The brief
St. Rina is a creamery, bakery and restaurant running two spots on and off the University of Ilorin campus, discoverable until this project only by physically walking past. No website, a thin social presence, and an existing online ordering system that nothing on the internet actually pointed to.
A short discovery conversation with the owner ruled out the assumption I started with: conversion wasn't the weak point, because almost everyone who engages ends up buying something. Discovery was. The page had one real job: get in front of people who'd never walk past the shop by accident.
What I did
Built hero-first around a single formula: headline, sub-headline, a short benefit checklist, a small Google-review trust pill, and one call to action, with no second button competing for the same click. Everything below follows the same discipline: problem, solution, benefits, testimonials, a final call to action, then footer, with each section earning its place instead of repeating the last one.
Every claim on the page ties back to something the owner actually confirmed (hours, both WhatsApp numbers, the delivery time, the first-order discount), with nothing invented to sound more persuasive. The menu is pulled from the business's own existing ordering system rather than duplicated by hand, so it can't quietly go stale.
Results so far
Mobile
Mobile performance sits at 76 and is being improved.
Desktop
Conversion results: not enough data yet. The page just went live, so there hasn't been time to collect real order or traffic numbers. I'll update this case study once real numbers exist.
